Fred Busch is an international health educator, author, and program director whose work has taken him throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He has taught individuals from widely different backgrounds, trained teachers and health educators, written three books, and developed an integrated approach to health grounded in sustained observation and practical application.

His work is based on a simple understanding: health rarely changes through information alone. People may already know that they need to eat differently, move more consistently, sleep better, reduce harmful patterns, or reconsider the pace at which they are living. The greater difficulty is creating the conditions in which those changes become possible. The Aditum was created to provide those conditions and facilitate lasting change.
