THE PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
An Integrated Approach
The Aditum Method
The Aditum Method guides each Private Residence program. Developed by Fred Busch, it moves through five stages: Assessment, Priority Matrix, Individual Lifestyle Blueprint, Implementation, and Integration.
The process works across five Fundamental Factors: Food, Exercise/Movement, Mind/Stress, Rest/Sleep, and Avoiding Toxins. It also draws on six Restorative Dimensions: Nature & Outdoors, Light & Circadian Rhythm, Bodywork & Therapeutic Touch, Heat & Cold, Sound & Silence, and Meaning & Connection.
Together, these factors and dimensions create a positive feedback cycle, with practices selected for each guest within the framework.
A fully individualized residence for one client at a time
Sometimes the greatest obstacle to better health is not a lack of knowledge. It is the environment.
The Aditum's private residence provides time, privacy, structure, and individualized guidance within a peaceful residential setting in the mountains outside Medellín, Colombia.
With no group schedule and no competing participants, each day is shaped around your goals, abilities, health history, and pace.

Who Is This Experience For?
The Aditum is intended for individuals who need privacy, separation from ordinary demands, and sustained personal attention in order to restore clarity and stability.
It may be appropriate for those experiencing:
• Prolonged stress, overload, or emotional exhaustion
• Executive fatigue or sustained professional pressure
• Disrupted sleep, diminishing energy, or difficulty recovering
• Loss of focus, clarity, or direction
• A major personal or professional transition
• Unhealthy patterns that have become difficult to interrupt
• The need for complete privacy and uninterrupted time away
• The recognition that ordinary vacations or fragmented appointments are no longer enough
• Feel overwhelmed by conflicting health information
• Need structure, accountability, and individualized guidance
• Have tried multiple approaches without lasting success
Clients do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is wrong. They do need to be medically stable, willing to step away from their usual environment, and prepared to participate fully in an individualized process.
Who is this program not for?
This program is educational and wellness-focused.
It is not intended for individuals requiring hospitalization, medical supervision, emergency care, psychiatric treatment, detoxification services, or management of acute medical conditions. Prospective participants must be physically and emotionally capable of participating in a wellness-oriented residential program.
Medical clearance may be requested when health history, recent surgery, medication use, or physical limitations could affect safe participation.
Every residence is customized according to individual goals, needs, abilities, and circumstances.
Elements may include:
Nourishment
Plant-based meals and individualized guidance designed to restore consistent nourishment and support healthier patterns after departure.
Movement and Physical Restoration
Individually appropriate movement, mobility, walking, strength development, stretching, and restorative physical practices.
Daily Structure and Personal Guidance
Focused guidance for understanding current patterns and creating a healthier, more sustainable daily rhythm.
Recovery and Regeneration
Rest, relaxation, nervous system regulation, recovery strategies, and restoration practices.
Health Education
A deeper understanding of the factors that influence health, energy, body composition, mobility, and long-term well-being.
Reflection and Direction
Thoughtful conversation, self-observation, and practical guidance for recovering clarity and determining what may need to change.
A Typical Day
Each residence is personalized. The schedule changes according to the participant’s goals, abilities, interests, and need for activity or rest.
Morning
Gentle movement, walking, mobility work, breathing practices, and a nourishing breakfast accompanied by practical nutrition education.
Midday
Individual health education, personal guidance, movement instruction, and time to examine the habits and conditions affecting health.
Afternoon
Depending on individual goals, afternoons may include hiking, strength development, mobility work, outdoor activity, private consultation, or restorative time.
Evening
Evenings are generally quieter, with stretching, meditation, reflection, recovery practices, and planning for continued progress.
The schedule is structured without being rigid. The purpose is to create an appropriate rhythm of movement, learning, nourishment, rest, and personal attention.
Residence Lengths and Investment
Length of Stay
Each stay is planned around the guest’s goals and circumstances. There is no fixed program length or preset maximum stay. Seven and fourteen days are common durations, and stays of other lengths can be arranged. The recommended duration is discussed during the private consultation.
7-Day Private Residence
A focused period for assessment, guided practice, and preparation of an individual plan to continue after the stay.
14-Day Private Residence
An extended period for continued guidance, practice, and integration of the individual program.
Other Stay Lengths
Stays shorter or longer than these examples are arranged individually. The 7-day and 14-day durations are not limits.
Investment
This is a premium, fully private residential program designed for one participant at a time. It is not priced as a conventional group retreat. Specific program investment is discussed after preliminary suitability has been established. Longer residences are individually quoted according to duration and agreed requirements. Complete details are provided before any reservation or payment is requested.
What You Take Home
The most important outcome is not what happens during your stay.
It is what happens in the months and years that follow.
• A clearer understanding of the conditions affecting health and well-being
• A more coherent daily rhythm
• Practical methods for supporting movement, nourishment, rest, and recovery
• Greater clarity concerning immediate priorities and necessary changes
• A personalized framework for continuing after departureing
The objective is not temporary improvement.
The objective is lasting change.
