Privacy Is Fundamental

The Aditum is designed for individuals who value privacy, discretion, and freedom from unnecessary exposure. Only one resident is accepted at a time, and personal information is handled with care throughout the application, residence, and departure process.

Limited Information and Access

Only information reasonably necessary to evaluate an application, communicate with an applicant, and arrange an accepted residence is requested. Applications are reviewed directly by the Program Director. Access to personal information is limited to those systems and individuals reasonably necessary to process the application and provide the residence. Information is not used for mailing lists, promotional campaigns, advertising, or retargeting by The Aditum.

No Public Exposure

The Aditum does not publish resident names, photographs, testimonials, attendance, or personal circumstances without express written permission. There is no required photography, recording, social content, or public acknowledgment of a resident’s presence.

Privacy at the Residence

Only one resident is accommodated at a time. Arrivals, departures, daily activities, and personal conversations are handled discreetly. Exterior security measures may be used to protect the property. No photography or recording is conducted within private residential or activity spaces without the resident’s knowledge and permission.

Responsible Confidentiality

Personal information and communications are treated confidentially and disclosed only when reasonably necessary to provide the residence, when authorized by the individual, or when required by applicable law, safety, or emergency circumstances.
